Jose Rios Moreno went missing at age 25 and was last seen while traveling to Marshall County, Mississippi from Mexico to take a job in August 2012. Family was told that Moreno and his brother-in-law and a group of people were picnicking in the Lake Center area. Rios Moreno allegedly walked away and never returned. Rios Moreno’s mother reported him missing via phone to Holly Springs Police in 2012.
