Case Circumstances
Jarrod left his father's home in Kentucky with his Grandmother to ride down to Mississippi to visit with friends for a few weeks. His Grandmother dropped him off at a Malefriend's on the 4th of July, 2007. After visiting with them for several days, the friend and his parents took Jarrod back to his Grandmothers residence in rural Yazoo County. After a disagreement with the grandmother, Jarrod walked off and has not been seen or heard from since then.
Additional Information: He was carrying a black duffel bag, a guitar, and had only $20 with him at the time. The mother of the friend Jarrod had stayed with that summer, reports seeing Jarrod walking on Old Highway 16 in the predawn hours of July 8, around 15 hours after he walked away from his grandmother's house. Unfortunately, she did not speak to Jarrod or find out where he was going. 5 months after Jarrod was last seen, Jarrod's cousin Jeffrey report seeing Jarrod at a mall in Jackson, Mississippi. Sadly, Jeffrey didn't know that his cousin Jarrod was missing, and he doesn't get a chance to speak with Jarrod.
