Case Circumstances
Thomas E. Spiers was last seen on or about August 24 or 25, 1994. Tony worked daily harvesting oysters with his father. When he did not show up for work, his family went to check his residence and found his keys, wallet, medications and Skoal can. The car door was also open and there was a rented VCR tape on the roof of the car with his wallet and checkbook on the passenger seat. The date was 8/25/94.
Additional Information: Spiers was last seen on August 25, 1994, in St. Martin, Mississippi. He had dinner at his parents' residence that night on Goffville Road. During dinner, Spiers told his parents that he had seen something he should not have. After dinner, Spiers left his parents' residence presumably to return to his own home.
