Daffany is epileptic and did not have her medicine with her when she became missing. She has pierced ears and wears her hair in a medium length Jeri-curl style. She was last seen wearing a blue and white striped shirt, multi-colored walking shorts, and was barefoot.
Additional Information: Tullos was last seen walking in Jackson, Mississippi. She lived with her grandparents in the 4400 block of Azalea Circle. Tullos left her residence between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. after an argument with her mother. She was last seen walking towards Northside Drive.
