Wesson Police Chief Chad O'Quinn said Rayborn was supposed to report to a probation officer to request an extension to stay in Mississippi, but never made it.
He had been dating a woman in Louisiana, O'Quinn said. When Rayborn's family hadn't heard from him in around two months, they reported him missing. In spite of having close ties to the family, he's never been heard from again.
Additional Information: Rayborn was last seen in late September 2010 leaving his mother's residence in Wesson, Mississippi. Rayborn was staying with his mother at the time but was on 30-day probation issued out of Covington, Louisiana.
