Case Circumstances
Victor went missing at age 20, after falling from a boat in the Gulf of Mexico, on his 20th birthday. The boat left out of Bayou La Batre, Alabama and was approximately 14 miles south of the sea Buoy off Horn Island Pass. Victor had never been reported missing, rather his brother looked for him by sea and air. It is believed he would have floated towards Ship Island, but Victor has never been located.
