Lloyd "Daniel' Cecil was last seen leaving the Government Street Grocery bar and restaurant (1210 Government Street, Ocean Springs MS) on Friday May 27th, 2022 between 2100-2130 hours. Daniel was seen on surveillance video leaving the establishment and walking south on Kotzum avenue. Daniel was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt, khaki shorts and flip flops.
Additional Information: Investigators say that his phone pinged off of a Verizon tower in the area of Cedar Lake and Popps Ferry on May 28, 2022, at 11:37 p.m. and again, on May 29, 2022, at 1:56:15 a.m.
