Robert (Joey) Moran went missing at age 47 and was last seen leaving his residence located in Pass Christian, MS, on July 14, 2019 around 10:00 AM in his friend's vehicle, a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu. Joey was wearing a pink or salmon colored fishing style shirt, khaki shorts, socks and no shoes. The vehicle was recovered at approximately the 8-mile marker, west bound, on Interstate 10 in Hancock County, MS, on July 16th, 2019.
