Case Circumstances
Jeanette went missing at age 18, and was last seen leaving the home she was living in with her mother on November 15, 1990, just south of McComb, Mississippi, in the Chatawa community. At the time, she was supposed to be en route to meet a friend for church service at the Sunshine Mountain Home for Handicapped People. The walk was just over 2 miles down the rural road she lived on. Jeanette never made it to the church service.
